Klein Park

Wrapped around the historic water tank at Klein Memorial Park in Las Cruces’ Mesquite district, this mural honors Las Esperanzas — the neighborhood association, established in 1999, that has cared for this park and its people for decades.

Neighbors share watermelon, bread, and garden harvests beneath blue mountains, while a child plants a sapling above the park’s memorial plaque. It’s a mural for the people who show up for their neighborhood, season after season — bricks turned into stories.
