Painted live at Ignite Your Potential — a Kinder-Career Coalition community event created to spark conversations around leadership, social justice, and inclusion, and to give local youth the tools to discover their own potential, speak up for their communities, and make a meaningful impact on the world.

Between brushstrokes, I talked with the kids about life as a working artist. The painting itself is a young girl holding a fledgling bird — the potential every child holds, ready to take flight.
